banana chia pudding!

The award for tastiest healthy snack goes to banana chia seed pudding, hands down! It is so delicious and the easiest thing EVER to make. It only takes 3 (and a half) ingredients and a little time. So far, I have eaten it plain, with banana slices and with strawberry slices. Strawberries on top was my favorite.

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Put coconut milk and banana in blender and blend until smooth. Put into a tupperware and add chia seeds and honey (if you want). Put lid on top and shake. Place in fridge for a minimum of an hour. ENJOY!
